in a world where we are shaped and moulded to fit in, I never really did. Creating these works of art has taken just 6 months but has really been a lifetime so far, to even begin to understand how those of us who are differently made - can absolutely stand our ground. We can create, we can be seen, we don’t need to fit in.

Introducing the Summer Holiday collection.
the summer of 2022. it has felt a lot like summers gone by. the ones we remembered as kids, but with a difference. these paintings are textured with dark shiny beads and thick sandy acrylics, mixed with the blazing orange sun.
i hoped with these that you would feel the heat and the playfulness of the landscape. sometimes the stones we stood on were so hot we had to jump between them, so we didn’t burn our toes. i love getting a feeling for the seasons, busy, hot, sandy toes and enjoying the landscape surrounding us.
